VKS 1 FOAM Alkaline Product

PROPERTIES
Is a richly foamy, light alkali product. Formulised for cleaning all kinds of milking equipments. Can be used on cooling plants and all kinds of washable milking equipments without harming.
USAGE
First off, system is cleaned off and a pre washing is performed with warm water(30-35° C) And after that put VK1 with a ratio of 5-10 g per 10L on hot(60-70° C) water and circulate the water with automatic and manual washing. Be careful to clean the milk clusters with the solution properly. Brush your equipment and repeat the procedure if necessary. If there are dried stains on the equipment you should dip the equipment in a VK1 solution. After that the equipment should be washed with clear water and driedproperly.
VKS 5 FOAM Alkaline Product

• Sodium hydroxide 5-10% w/w, and EDTA 5-10% w/w/
• Has an alkali based formulation
• Light yellow colored solution
• pH 12 – 13
• Has a shelf life 12 months on 0-45° C
• With its foamy structre, covers the applied area completely. Thus, provides maximum contact area for cleaning
• Contains highly effective substances that can clean heaviest of organic stains.
• Is not effected calcifications caused by dirt, fecal matters or hard watter.
• Biologically decomposable. Does not cause pollution. Highly effective with 2% 4% concantrations.
• When used with proper dosage, does not fizzle out for up to 30 minutes.

• Do not use on aluminum equipment.
Used with high pressure bubble and rinsing machines.
When used with foaming machines or Jet Wash can wash away the stains that regular water can not clear.
For best results, the foam must stay at the applied area for 1 O minutes.(Depending on foam capacity, dosage can be adjusted though recommended dosage should be preferred) Can be used with both hot or cold water
but hot water is recommanded for better results.
If applied regularly, forms a thin layer which helps holding off dirt on the applied area. Thus, pollution gradually decrease over time and stains can be cleared easily.
VKA 10 Acid based products

ACIDIC, FOAMY, LIQUID CLEANING PRODUCT
Used for cleaning calcifications caused by hardness of water on milking parlors, milk tanks, milk cans, filters, scales, containers with stainless steel surface areas. Used with foaming machines. Covers the applied area completely. Thus, provides maximum contact area for cleaning.
APPLICATION
When used with foaming machines can wash away the stains that regular water can not clear. For best results, the foam must stay at the applied area for 10 minutes. Depending on foam capacity, dosage can be adjusted though recommended dosage should be preferred. Hot water(40-50°) is recommended for best results. Optionally, final rinsing can be done with both cold or hot water.
CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES

• Can clear inorganic stains perfectly
• With its acidic composition can clean calcifications and stains on applied areas. Also again with its acidic composition, prevents microbial growth on applied areas.
• Contains special inhibitors thus can be used on sensitive materials.
• With its foamy structre, covers the applied area completely. Thus, provides maximum contact area for cleaning
• On milk cooling tanks, stainless tubes on milking parlors, surface areas of stainless milk containers, water stains are formed over time caused by hard water. It gives the establishment an unclear look.
Optionally, these stains can be washed away with foaming machines or stainless surfaces can be brushed by hand with VKA 10
