PROPERTIES
• Formaldehyde 22% w/w, glutaraldehyde 20% w/w
• Colorless, typical aldehyde scented liquid
• pH 4.5 – 5.5
• Has a shelf life of 12 months on 0-45° C
• Product is used on machinery by applied on dipping tanks or with high pressured rinsing machines P.S : Both liquid or pulverization procedures can be done
• Is not carcinogenic. 90% biolagically decomposable.
• With it’s highly effective formulization, has better effects with less consumption. Contains aldehydes, so is highly
effective agains bacterias, spores, viruses and fungi.
• Contains formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde which makes VD 10 more resistant and gives the acidic solution
long-lasting effect.
• Is not effected by calcifications caused by dirt, fecal matters or hard watter.
• VD 10 should be used periodically (as early as bi-weekly) even if there are no infectious diseases in the establishment.
• Glutaraldehyde does not polymerise. Thus it can be applied every season.

• Can both be used on liquid or foam form. With its foamy structre, covers the applied area completely. Thus, provides maximum contact area for cleaning

VD 50 HYGIENE QAC based product

QAC BASED, ALKALi, LIQUID CLEANING AND HYGIENE PRODUCT
Used for hygiene of barns, milking parlors, tools and equipment, bots and integrated circuits, any kind of stainless steel surgical sets that is used in veterinary field.

• Renksiz, kokusuz sıvıdır.
• pH :6,5-7,5
• 0-45 Cº’de raf ömrü 12 aydır.
• Ürün; Foam köpük yapıcı makinelerle, daldırma banyo tarzı uygulama yolu ile yada yüksek basınçlı köpük ve durulama makineleri ile kullanılır.
Not: hem köpük hem de pulvarizasyon uygulaması yapılabilmektedir.
• İster sıvı olarak, istenirse köpük olarak kullanılır. Köpürebilme özelliğiyle uygulandığı yüzeyi bütünü ile sarar. Böylece ürün içindeki etken maddenin yüzeyle temas süresini arttırarak hijyen etkinliğinin uzamasını sağlar.
• Kanserojen etkinliğe sahip değildir.%90’ın üzerinde biyolojik ayrışma özelliğindedir.
• Güçlü bileşimi sayesinde tüketim miktarı düşük ve etkinliği yüksektir.
• Bileşimindeki QAC hem dayanıklılığını arttırırken bir yandan da çözeltinin etkinliğinin daha uzun sürmesini sağlar.
• Ortamdaki dışkı, çamur ve su sertliğinden kaynaklanan kireçsel oluşumlardan etkilenmez.
• İşletmede bulaşıcı hastalıklar çıksın yada çıkmasın VD 50’nin en erken 15 günde bir periyodik olarak kullanılması gerekir.
• QAC (Quaterner amonyum) polimerize olma özelliği yoktur. Buna bağlı olarak da her mevsim kullanılabilir.
